I was remembering when you and Eric had Carson and I over, oh 9 years ago and you made that wonderful potato salad with the big chunks of egg and it was very yummy and memorable. Would you mind posting that recipe on here since I'm sure I'm not the only one that will want it? I'm thinking of making it for 4th of July so hopefully you read this blog :-) I'm craving it.
